Write to [email protected]. It is read by us, not by a queue, which means a reply takes a day or two and comes from somebody who knows what is inside a tile.

The postal address

That is an office. There is no showroom behind the door, nothing on a shelf to open, and nobody there who can look up an order. Letters and paperwork reach us at it. A box going back does not: that starts with our retail partner, who holds the order, and a parcel sent to this address helps nobody and gets no further.

What we are good for

• Which box suits a particular child, if the four questions in the helper did not settle it
• Whether a set will join the tiles you already own, and where the edges differ
• What a specific box actually contains, shape by shape, when the label is vague
• A tile that has come apart in normal play. Tell us which set it came from
• Anything on this site that reads as wrong, out of date, or plainly untrue

What needs to go elsewhere

Anything to do with an order. We do not take orders on this site and we cannot see one, so a question about payment, packing, where a parcel has got to, or sending something back has to start with our retail partner. They hold the order and the record of it. Writing to us first only adds a day.

If a box turned up damaged, do both. Start with them, because they can act on it, and tell us as well, because a shell that parts in transit is something we want to know about while the batch is still on a shelf somewhere.

What we will not send you

We do not run a mailing list and there is nothing to sign up to. Writing to us gets you an answer to what you asked and nothing else afterwards.
